Good to know

Photo requirements

One photo per design, attached on this page before checkout. You can select them all from your gallery in one go, then drag and zoom to fit each frame. JPG, PNG or WebP. Photos saved from chats are often shrunk, so the original from your gallery prints sharpest.
Can I mix different designs in one order?

Yes. Choose any mix from our 10 designs, one design per magnet in your pack, and repeat a design as often as you like. Then attach one photo per design.
Shipping & delivery

Most orders arrive 4–5 working days after you order, anywhere in India. Shipping is free on every pack.
Will it arrive before Diwali?
+
Order by 30 October for delivery before Diwali (8 November) to most places in India.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
+
Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay when your magnets arrive. You can also pay online by UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), card or netbanking.
What if my magnets arrive damaged?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo of the damage, and we reprint the affected magnets free. If a reprint isn't possible, we refund you.
Returns & cancellations

Since every pack is personalised and printed to order, returns aren't accepted for a change of mind. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
